This was out first time using North Park Tax service. We had such a great experience. Josh was so knowledgeable and worked hard to get us the best refund. They were incredibly professional but also it felt like we were not just a number. I loved the music playlist he had playing. It made us feel so at home and relaxed. Great experience and we will be back next year.

I got my taxes prepared by Josh today.
Very poor experience.
First of all he didn’t introduce himself or even say hello. I introduced myself and still without a handshake or hello. He said “let’s see what paperwork you have”.
Then he got a text message and replied to it. I gave him 3 tax forms. He entered the information in his computer. He told me what Uncle Sam gets. I had to ask him about the electronic W2’’s I had. He got another text message and answered it. He didn’t ask about anything else tax related ie: donations retirement accounts… During whole visit there was country music playing from his phone. He had me sign some papers and pay him $140.00. There was a knock on the door from someone bringing him lunch.
He walked out grabbed his lunch and left. No thank you or good bye. Very unprofessional.
I hope my 15 minute $140.00 tax return visit is without errors.

We lucked out, our tax guy had a cancelation on tax day, so we were able 2 get right in & out, was convenient 4 us, since we have a very busy schedule & difficult 4 us 2 make & show up 4 appointments.. Ed has been doing our personal taxes 4 some time now, would recommend if your needing/looking 4 someone 2 do ur personal taxes...

Josh was absolutely tremendous and eased all of my worries as a travel nurse. My employer made a huge mistake on my forms and he helped me essentially come out better than I’ve ever made out in any previous tax years. I will be using North Park Tax Service from now on!! Highly recommend them!
